As we reported on the 1st of September, a new Intercity Express train service (Pulathisi Intercity Express Train – පුලතිසි නගරාන්තර ශීඝ්රගාමී දුම්රිය) to Polonnaruwa will launch tomorrow (2019/09/11) at 15:10 from Colombo Fort.
The train will run between Colombo Fort and Polonnaruwa railway stations and the train stops are as below.

- Polgahawela
- Kurunegala
- Maho Junction
- Kekirawa
- Kalawewa
- Habarana
- Hingurakgoda
- Polonnaruwa
Currently, we know only the departure time from Colombo Fort which is 15:10. We will update you about the full train schedule soon.
