Sri Lanka Railways has decided to add a new train between Colombo Fort and Polgahawela and revise timetable of 2 trains which are running in Main Line. Changes are as below.
- The departure time of the train (No 1152) from Colombo Fort to Polgahawela has been revised to 13:25
- New train service between Colombo Fort and Polgahawela. The train will leave Colombo Fort at 13:45
- The train from Colombo Fort to Veyangoda which leaves Colombo Fort at 13:55 will stop at all stations up to Veyangoda.
- New office train between Kandy and Colombo Fort.
