2020/04/19 @ 20:08 UPDATE: Expect train cancellations tomorrow (20). Trains will ONLY operate between Beliatta – Induruwa, Galle – Induruwa, Maho – Polgahawela and Kandy – Polgahawela. The departure time of all four trains is 6 AM. The trains will not stop at sub-railway stations.

The Government announced that the curfew in several areas will be lifted daily from 5 AM to 8 PM, starting from April 20, 2020.
With the curfew lift, Sri Lanka Railways will operate several trains between Colombo Fort and selected destinations. Beliatta – Induruwa, Galle – Induruwa, Maho – Polgahawela and Kandy – Polgahawela. Details are as below:
